Last week, one of the training experts at Hemsley Fraser came in to enlighten us with the latest thinking about how to deliver an excellent customer service to you – our customers.
The whole team spent the day with Ann Marie, brushing up our skills in written communication, telephone manner, meetings and problem-solving.
Of the course, project manager Jael said ”I enjoyed the Training day as it helped me broaden my knowledge on dealing with difficult situations. It also gave me some understanding into different types of people, which social styles they fall under and how to approach them in certain situations.”
Our Client Services Executive Jo said ”I really liked the training overall, especially the section on how to ask the right questions which I found really helpful for all the calls I make on a weekly basis.”
