1 The Challenge
After breathing new life into a 1980s office building, the BLOK team needed a modern process that could replace old-fashioned processes that were taking a lot of time and effort to complete. The team also wanted to give its occupiers a way to better communicate with them and navigate the many amenities available, such as outdoor spaces, a gym and a coffee shop.
2 The Solution
Locale curated a single, centralised platform that both the team and occupiers could use with ease.
To improve direct occupier communication, Locale introduced its announcements and offers and promotions modules to keep everyone updated on activities in and around the building. Plus, to make information more accessible, it also included its document and building information module to keep manuals and certificates in one place.
To streamline everyday operations, Locale implemented a range of modules:
Amenity bookings to maximise the site’s spaces
Visitor management system for a smooth experience of the building
Helpdesk to manage any maintenance tickets
Parcels and deliveries for faster collection and a more organized post room
