1. Navigate to your portal

To reset your password, you’ll first need to visit your portal in a web browser. For example, go to www.MyBuilding.com




2. Click the ‘Reset Password’ link

On the login page, click the ‘Reset Password’ link. This is highlighted in red in the accompanying image.




3. Enter your email address

In the field labelled ‘Email’, enter the email address that you use for your portal account. Once ready, enter the security code below and click the ‘Send Password Reset’ button.




4. Check your email

You will shortly receive an email with your reset account details – this will contain a temporary password you can use to log in with. If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support@locale.co.uk
