Locale, the UK’s leading supplier in property management software for the residential, commercial and mixed-use property sectors, has built portals for three commercial properties under the management of Aston Rose.

Locale‘s team worked closely with the firm to conceptualise and build portals for each of the three properties in their commercial management portfolio, in what they hope will be the first project in a long-term working relationship.

Aston Rose, an established independent firm of chartered surveyors specialising in commercial property consultancy across all sectors nationwide, manages a wide range of commercial properties, each with its own set of challenges.

An initial planning meeting to discuss requirements highlighted the need to develop efficient, streamlined and time saving solutions for managing deliveries, work permits, fire alarm disablement and visitor management for each of the buildings.  Locale then began production on the three inaugural portals with digitalised Aston Rose forms across all three portals.

Guy Windsor-Lewis, MD Locale said: “It’s been a pleasure working with Aston Rose on this exciting project and we are looking forward to partnering with the company again in the future to  improve their levels of service.”
