Due to team expansion and services, Locale, a pioneer of digital property management solutions, is excited to announce their recent move into a new, larger office space to accommodate business growth.
A former nightclub situated at the very heart of Oxford, Locale is pleased to have secured the newly converted space on St Ebbes Street, leaving their previous office base in Blue Boar Court. Boasting four meeting rooms, a podcast room, and a shower facility, Locale will be able to accommodate a team that continues to grow despite uncertain conditions, with three new starters joining during lockdown alone.

To create an office that will deliver on staff comfort, push collaboration, and allow for expanded services for clients and marketing activities, Locale worked with a number of property and design advisors to fully optimise the space. This includes Andrew Snowden, Consultant and Project Manager for Holly Brooke Estates, and Jessica Cox, of Jessica Cox Design. Further to the physical environment, the office utilises its own Locale system, providing live communications on business updates and COVID guidelines, whilst also giving employees access to exclusive offers and local promotions.
Locale, which celebrates its 15th year in business in 2020, is excited for this new chapter, and believes the office space will enable an even higher quality of client care, while also allowing increased in-house development to further position Locale and its service at the forefront of PropTech.
Toni Delli-Compagni, Chief Operating Officer at Locale, is thrilled to finally be opening the doors of the new Locale office, she says, “We have been patiently waiting to open the new office for a few months now, as the original relocation was meant to take place in April. However, due to the unprecedented circumstance of COVID-19, we have had to postpone the grand opening. We understand that some of our staff may still feel uncomfortable returning to work, and so it is completely optional as it’s our highest priority to ensure our staff feel safe. However Locale is a collaborative and innovative company, so most of the team are aching to get back in and experience the new office.”
To support workplace reentry, Locale has created a return to work policy that has been designed to ensure that all employees who want to work in the office can do so in a mentally and physically safe environment. The policy lays out the responsibilities of both the employees & the company, as well as regulations that will need to be adhered to, such as workstation hygiene, booking and using meeting rooms, and kitchen guidelines.
The address for Locale as of Tuesday, September 1st, will be:
28-31 St Ebbes Street
