Locale, a pioneer in digital property management solutions, is excited to announce their next webinar: Rise of Hotelisation, an emerging and relatively unexplored trend in real estate.

On May 27th at 2pm, Locale will be hosting the next webinar in their 2021 series, Rise of Hotelisation, an emerging trend within real estate that has remained largely unexplored. In strategic partnership with Office Concierge, a provider of world class front of house reception management services, Rise of Hotelisation will be hosted by Locale’s founder & chief executive Guy Windsor-Lewis along with a panel of industry experts.

Guy was one of the few figures in real estate to spot the pivot into experience-led services, and one the first to raise its impact and potential on the wider industry, the players within, and the end-users.

Along with a panel of esteemed experts,  Guy will explore the acceleration of hospitality-like services within commercial and residential properties across the UK, what role technology has played in its implementation and popularity, and the future trends to predict and prepare for.

Panelists who will be providing keen insight into hotelisation are:
