Locale, UK’s leading occupier experience platform, has been adopted at 88 Leadenhall Street in London in a bid to streamline building operations, increase direct occupier communication and ultimately enhance the occupier experience.
The 100,000 sq ft office building in the heart of the City of London and a stone’s throw from the historic Leadenhall Market, is replacing existing multiple solutions to centralise all building operations and direct occupier communication into a single platform via Locale.
The Locale platform will enable the building team to increase occupier communication on daily basis, whilst also streamlining laborious administrative processes such as visitor management, document storage, helpdesk: defects and maintenance reporting and the management of parcels and deliveries.
Keen to increase occupier engagement and build a more connected community within the building, the team has also opted to incorporate community groups and occupier surveys to better understand the needs of occupiers in real time.
Rob Maxwell, Director, Strategy & Growth at Locale, commented: “We are thrilled to be working with 88 Leadenhall Street. Having spent a considerable amount of time on the initial discovery stage, we quickly understood the challenges of operating multiple digital solutions – none of which worked with one another and ultimately created more work and wasted more time. Consolidating the operations of the building and then carefully crafting a solution in line with the needs of occupiers will radically improve the occupier experience. We are confident that our solution will continue to grow and shape around the evolving needs of the team and the occupiers cementing a long-term partnership.”
