Locale, the UK’s leading occupier experience platform, has been appointed by 110 Bishopsgate, focusing on creating operational efficiencies and enhancing occupier communication and ultimately the occupier and visitor experience.
110 Bishopsgate, comprising 440,869 sq ft of Grade A office space, and multiple restaurants and sky bar on levels 38-40, has taken a three-pronged approach to its occupier experience – creating operational efficiencies, enhancing direct occupier communication via bespoke content streaming and curating occupier-focused events to cultivate a closer-knit community.
Maximising the Locale platform, available on web and app, the team is creating operational efficiencies by centralising crucial real estate management functions such as visitor management, occupier announcements, loading bay management amongst others. This is being amplified by a bespoke insight-driven engagement programme ensuring the onboarding of the Locale platform and occupier app is seamless. Regular occupier surveys and polls will steer the engagement strategy and ensure implementation is relevant and in line with occupier needs.
In addition, Locale has developed a strategy for direct occupier communication to ensure no customer touch point is missed. Tailored branded content for digital signage, designed by Locale’s expert design team, will cover building information, seasonal and community events, and offers and promotions.
Locale, founded in 2005, enhances occupier experiences and is deployed across 80 million sq ft of UK real estate. As trusted strategic partners by established, owners, landlords, agents and property managers across the UK, Locale has been delivering solutions at scale across complex portfolios. Locale is retained by clients such as The Shard, Strata, Digbeth and MAPP for over a decade – crucial to their occupier experience strategy for all occupier-facing communications and services.
