Locale, the UK’s leading occupier experience platform, is continuing its work in Great Western Quarter, formerly the GlaxoSmithKline brownfield site.
Now a mixed-use living quarter along the ‘Golden Mile’ in Brentford, it includes the historic Grade II-listed Wallis House, 900 apartments and a wealth of community facilities, such as cafes, restaurants, a health and fitness centre, a public piazza and more. To continue increasing the level of occupier engagement, both within the Great Western Quarter and the area, several of Locale’s solutions have been implemented through its innovative occupier experience platform.
Front-of-house teams can increase their level of communication internally and with occupiers through announcements regarding planned maintenance and repairs works or parking bays to rent. Hours will be saved by managing deliveries through the Locale platform as packages can be more efficiently organised and occupiers regularly informed to pick up any parcels. Optimised key management will give greater transparency of who is entering the building, and therefore increasing security and access
Rob Maxwell, Director of Strategy & Growth, said: “We are pleased to be part of Great Western Quarter’s continual journey to achieve full tech adoption and create a more connected community, both inside and outside the building. By streamlining its operational processes, more time can be dedicated to the things that are important, such as assisting residents and addressing any requirements and building bridges with others in the area surrounding the newly renovated Great Western Quarter.”
