Locale is excited to announce it has been shortlisted for Best Digital Transformation in partnership with MAPP at the Management Today Business Awards 2022.
In response to the aftermath of the pandemic, Locale and property manager MAPP crafted MAPP Hub, a platform designed to transform the way in which its entire UK property portfolio is managed, how its building staff operate and how its occupiers were served.
MAPP’s investment in Locale’s technology now covers a total of over eight million sq ft of real estate, helping overcome its primary challenge of portfolio-wide communication by digitising a number of key functions such as announcements, digital forms, visitor management, and document management, allowing staff and occupiers remote access to important building information, and allowing simple and effective communication and engagement with its buildings.
A highly competitive category, Locale, in partnership with MAPP, will be facing stiff competition from Costa Coffee, Hotter Shoes, and Audacia for Best Digital Transformation.
Chief executive and founder of Locale, Guy Windsor-Lewis, is thrilled with the shortlist and commented:
“Locale has worked with MAPP since the day it made the strategic decision to implement our technology to a number of its high-profile buildings. However, the pandemic highlighted the critical need for digitisation on a larger scale as communication across a UK-wide portfolio proved to be challenging without the right tools in place.
“MAPP Hub was conceived to maintain unity, get physical spaces up and running, and support the safe and smooth reoccupation of their buildings. We are delighted with the result of MAPP’s digital transformation, and I believe this is a bold step for a major property manager to make when most in the sector have battened down the hatches.”
The Management Today Business Awards recognise the organisations and individuals breaking new ground and achieving consistent excellence across any sector of British business. On Thursday 28th April, the winners will be announced in a glittering ceremony at the iconic Quaglinos Restaurant in St. James, London.
