Locale’s Q1 Award Winners for 2016 have been announced.

The Q1 awards saw Locale’s Client Services Manager, Scott Craig, present The Proactivity Award to Annie Panteli, Operations Manager at The Shard, London Bridge Quarter. The Efficiency Award was given to the team at Kings Gate, SW1.

Annie Panteli, Operations Manager at The Shard, has been working with the portal, My Vertical City, since its initial launch in 2011. Last year, My Vertical City, underwent a re-launch to improve it’s service and effectiveness for residents of The Shard. The portal is used by in excess of 2,000 users on a daily basis accessing over 25 separate modules on a 24/7 basis. 

The winner in the Efficiency category was Kings Gate, SW1, a development by Land Securities. The site was awarded with the certificate and cake in light of their continuous hard work. Since launch,  68% of apartments registered and the portal has seen over 4,000 views. Over the sessions, the Deliveries module has seen the most usage, with Key Holding following closely behind.

 The BRAM Recognition Award

Locale have recently introduced a new award for 2016, The BRAM Recognition Award.

Since 2013, Locale has been working closely with Barratt Residential Asset Management to produce a portfolio of portals for their estates.

The BRAM Recognition Award was introduced to highlight those in BRAM who are working incredibly hard on their site’s portal to produce good results and increase efficiencies.

The first winner of the award was Alero Dabor, Development Manager at New South Quarter. Alero was chosen to receive the certificate and cake because of her proactive approach to the portal. After being introduced to the system six months ago when she joined the team at New South Quarter, Alero has worked tirelessly to promote the portal to the estate by posting announcements and working with any feedback she had been given.

New South Quarter’s estate team also deserve special recognition, the team is the most efficient and proactive within the portfolio, beating 12 other BRAM sites.
