What's my 'Portal URL'?

When prompted to enter your 'Portal URL', enter the web address for your building's portal as you would enter it into your desktop browser. For example, www.MyBuilding.com

If you are unsure what your Portal URL is, please contact your property management team who will be able to advise.

Forgot your password?

You can reset your account password by visiting your portal in a browser (navigate to your portal URL) and clicking 'Reset Password' on the login form. Follow the instructions to complete your password reset.
