In a bid to further understand one of our client’s needs, a member of our Client Services department has gone the extra mile. Carlie our Client Services Executive, has become a fully-qualified Barratt Residential Assett Management (BRAM) Concierge.

Over the one day’s training in London, Carlie learnt about BRAM’s processes, from dealing with complaints, greeting residents, to giving exceptional customer service.

“It was a great chance for me to meet the new concierges. Now I’ve been,  the support me and Scott offer will be more targeted to their needs.”

Locale have been working with BRAM since 2013 and have created several portals for the dedicated property management company.

Carlie was also joined by Client Services Manager, Scott, to present Locale to the concierges.

Scott said: “It was great to present Locale to the concierges. They will be the ones who will be using the portals on a day-to day basis so it was important they got a head start on understanding the platform.”

Locale’s Client Services department are always striving to improve their exceptional customer service and this is just one of the examples of how they go the extra mile.
