Senior Consultant, Strategy & Growth

This role's purpose is to maintain key client accounts through consultative client interactions and product/service promotion.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The role is pivotal in driving business growth by fostering strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering strategic solutions. You’ll lead high-impact initiatives, blending account and event management expertise with a consultative approach to deliver exceptional results.

  • We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced professional with a strong background in account and event management
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team
  • Comfortable with frequent travelacross London and regional UK locations as required by the role
  • Experience with CRM softwareand other sales tools to track and manage client interactions
  • Experience with social media platforms to drive our clients’ interests
  • Proven expertise in relationship management, strategic thinking, and business development
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrable experience delivering on KPIs, revenue targets, and OKRs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery

THE ROLE

Responsibility

Key behaviours

Event Management

·       Plan, design, and execute a calendar of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale annual hero projects.

·       Lead all aspects of event creation, including ideation, budget planning, venue selection, supplier coordination, logistics, and on-site management.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to align event objectives with broader organisational goals.

·       Deliver exceptional experiences that align with brand guidelines and meet quality standards.

Coordination and Administration

·       Develop and manage event timelines, schedules, and project plans.

·       Negotiate and liaise with venues, caterers, AV providers, and other external partners to ensure seamless execution.

·       Handle event communications, including invitations, marketing materials, and guest list management.

·       Maintain compliance with all health and safety and legal regulations.

Developing Business Strategies

·       Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, fostering strong relationships to understand their needs and objectives.

·       Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and oversee the delivery of contracted services.

·       Regularly review account performance, provide updates to clients, and identify opportunities for up-sell or cross-sell initiatives.

·       Quarterly client Board report creation and presentation to Board.

·       Chair executive meetings

·       Act as gate keeper to all commercial enquiries for clients.

·       Co-ordinate health & safety management of commercial activities

Content Creation and Management

·       Create compelling, high-quality content including posts, graphics, videos, and stories to engage target audiences.

·       Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting across platforms.

·       Collaborate with design and copywriting teams to deliver impactful messaging.

·       Stay up to date with current trends, hashtags, and platform features to keep content fresh and relevant.

Community Engagement

·       Build and maintain a strong online presence by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly, and fostering a sense of community.

·       Monitor brand mentions and conversations to identify opportunities for engagement and reputation management.

·       Stakeholder engagement and management of activities

Performance Analysis

·       Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve results.

·       Test and optimise strategies based on performance data.
