Consultant, Creating Communities

This role's purpose is to to support and grow the Creating Communities offering within the Strategy and Growth team. Reporting to the Associate Director, you will be key in ensuring our portfolio of solutions is delivered to our client on time, on budget, and as intended.

Our Creating Communities platform enables customers to provide exclusive local offers, gain insights with occupier surveys, and enjoy curated events for enhanced community interaction. As part of the team that supports the delivery and drives the growth of this dynamic and ever-growing offering, you will be someone who understands and plans strategy just as much as being on the ground to deliver projects and initiatives and supporting the client in getting the most out of our solution.

We are a small team who delivers big, you will work alongside and with the wider Locale team as well as being skilled at self-managing your responsibilities to deliver to the responsibilities of your role.

Responsibility

Key behaviours

Identifying Business Opportunities

·       Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas

·       Identify new markets, industries, or customer segments to target

·       Creation of new business proposals and presentations

Building and Managing Relationships

·       Develop, maintain and nurture client relationships through events, meetings, workshops, calls, and other means

·       Delivery of project plans and budgets and ensuring timelines are met

Developing Business Strategies

·       Formulate business development strategies aligned with departmental goals.

·       Managing databases and stakeholder engagement on behalf of clients

·       Assess market trends and competitive landscapes to stay ahead of the curve

·       Development and delivery of social impact projects

Driving Sales and Revenue Growth

·       Generate leads and convert these and provided leads into profitable business opportunities

·       Project management of activations and events

·       Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

·       Collaborate with executives and other consultants to optimize the sales process and improve conversions

Monitoring and Reporting

·       Track business development activities, sales performance, and KPIs

·       Analyse data and generate reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement

·       Managing databases and stakeholder engagement on behalf of clients

·       Present findings and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making

·       Managing an Offers and Promotions data base

·       Production of:

·       Client Reports and Updates

·       Research and insight projects

Locale portfolio knowledge base

·       Demonstrate deep product knowledge and expertise

·       Conduct in-depth product demonstrations
