The Blackfriars Circus team needed a reliable way to track parcels and deliveries and store all in this information in a single, centralised place. The team also sought an effective communication tool that could keep new and existing residents informed about building activities.

After consulting with the Blackfriars Circus team, Locale created a platform that included:

  • Parcel and deliveries management to organise and order daily deliveries
  • Key management to accurately track several different keys
  • Amenity bookings to maximise the function room for parties, gatherings, events and more
  • Document and building information storage for an accessible way for residents to understand how to recycle, find home user guides and stay up to date on building processes
  • Data and analytics for increased visibility on the building’s performance in real time
  • Announcements for informing residents on their parcel deliveries, any overdue keys and upcoming activities to encourage tenant engagement

Since 2017, Blackfriars Circus and Locale have been working together to ensure the front-of-house team can operate as efficiently as possible, and its residents get the best tenant experience for their stay.
