1 The Challenge

The team at Quadrangle Tower in Paddington, London needed an easy-to-use system that could replace manual key and parcel management processes. They also wanted a reliable, clear audit trail of building activitythe team could access quickly.

With a desire for a user-friendly platform, the team also needed a way to organise its car parking amenity and open communication channels with occupiers regarding building updates.

2 The Solution

We proposed a Locale platform with a range of tools tailored to help introduce efficiencies that would speed up:

  • Key management to gain better visibility on who has access to the building
  • Parcels and delivery management to make the post room more organised and occupiers better updated on their belongings
  • Amenity bookings to manage the availability of car parking, and have Locale manage parking permits
  • Helpdesk to give occupiers a more straight-forward way to report any issues and keep up to date on when and how these will be resolved by the team
  • Announcements to send bulk messages to occupiers at once to ensure joined up and timely direct occupier communication
