1 The Challenge
The team at Putney Wharf needed one centralised platform to keep track of all operational tasks and requests across its 210 apartments and 15 commercial units. With no effective method of communication in place between the building team and the occupiers, Putney Wharf also needed a reliable strategy that could futureproof all direct communication.
2 The Solution
Locale implemented a tailored platform to streamline building operations and introduce greater efficiencies. These included, parcel and deliveries, key management, visitor management and document and building information. By using our announcements module, the team is able to send immediate updates, such as maintenance updates or reminders of important dates, and occupiers will receive a notification to stay up to date with all building activities.
3 The Success
Since Locale was deployed, the Putney Wharf team have already benefitted from gaining greater visibility on all activities. Managing each task among staff has become less complicated and up to 20 hours per week is saved in staff time which can now be dedicated towards helping the occupiers and residents.
