With a beautifully refurbished swimming pool now available, the Royal Earlswood Park team needed a way to allow residents to make the most out of this new amenity in a simple, seamless way.
2 Solution
We created a small suite of Locale modules for the team to utilise, including:
Amenity bookings module to enable residents to see the availability of the pool and reserve a time that suited them best.
The announcements module meant regular reminders could be set up ahead of a booking time to help residents organise their time efficiently.
The document and building information module contained details on disclaimers for the leisure facilities
Data and analytics to enable the team see real-time insights regarding the number of bookings, announcements and document downloads all in one place.
