Locale delivers luxury occupier experience with The Whiteley and Six Senses Hotel

1 The Challenge

To build a centralised occupier experience platform that would be ready to be deployed once residents were able to move into the renovated building.

Locale needed to give residents access to the luxury services offered at the Six Senses Hotel, such as booking VIP theatre tickets or arranging personal shoppers and chauffeurs. This required integrating with this existing management platform, Okkami.

Locale also needed to enable the building team to use the full suite of Locale solutions for a premium occupier experience. It was also important that all resident touchpoints were in keeping with The Whiteley branding to create a sense of building familiarity.

2 The Solution

Consulting regularly with the client and even throughout the pandemic, we introduced the full suite of Locale operational real estate modules, for example:

  • Document and building information module to keep important files and manuals in an easy-to-find place
  • Amenity bookings to make it easy for residents of The Whiteley to view the availability of the Si Sense Hotel services, and for staff to manage these

Additionally, we needed to adapt our platform and app to incorporate The Whiteley brand. We also created a separate landing page with an animation for residents to see the digital platform before they moved in.

Lastly, we needed to fully integrate with Okkami under the design of The Whiteley brand for everyone to use one platform for all functions, rather than multiple.

3 The Success

The full Locale suite of operational real estate solution has been implemented and The Whiteley team have started their onboarding journey.

We created our first ever custom branded app to incorporate The Whiteley’s unique look and feel to achieve consistent recognition across both platform and app.

We successfully integrated with Okkami so all information is clear, avoids any duplication, and The Whiteley and Six Senses Hotel can maximise its spaces and luxury services for all residents.
