1 The Challenge

To improve the level of direction communication with occupiers and develop the resident experience on the site of the former Boleyn Football Ground, home to West Ham United Football Club for over 100 years.

2 The Solution

We created a platform specifically to deliver operational efficiencies for the Upton Gardens team which tackled the most frequently requested tasks to help the team and regularly reviewed their progress to ensure the Locale platform was being optimised. The modules we implemented included:

  • Parcels and deliveries module, saving the concierge team four hours a day
  • Our announcements modules, used five times a week and saving 30 minutes a day

With these modules in place, residents could be more informed of their belongings and plan their everyday activities with more informed decisions.
