Karen McCarthy, Locale Ltd’s Head of Client Services, has been appointed to the board of directors.
Having joined the business in 2018, Karen has led a flourishing client services team. Initially only overseeing customer services, she has been instrumental in merging the portal design team with customer service to ensure clients have a seamless customer journey from portal design stage to operation.
In addition to joining the board of directors, she will oversee the creation of the dedicated customer success team which will sit alongside portal design and customer care and be part of the newly named customer experience team.
The newly created customer success team will offer a detailed, five-star service allowing clients to understand The Locale Group’s offering in greater detail and ensure they are maximising its potential for their buildings and, crucially, occupiers. It also offers foresight into ensuring all services are futureproofed in keeping with the agile nature of the business’ core products.
