Rosie, currently a customer care executive, has been appointed Portal Design team leader.

Having joined Locale in 2019, Rosie’s knowledge of the products and services is second to none and has been crucial in delivering first-class customer care and digital support.

As Portal Design team leader, Rosie will spearhead the production of Locale’s digital products that adhere to client specifications whilst elevating designs with creative elements and solutions. Portal Design is a key component of the Customer Experience offering at Locale, working in collaboration with customers to produce thoughtful, creative portal and app designs that reflect individual building brand and culture.

Karen McCarthy, director of Customer Experience and a member of the Locale board, is thrilled with Rosie’s new appointment, she says, “Rosie is an integral member of the Customer Experience and Locale team, regularly receiving positive feedback from clients and has achieved Locale’s Employee of the Quarter twice. In her new role, Rosie will take the reins of the entire portal order and design process, including user acceptance testing and delivery back to the client. Rosie has an exceptional eye for detail and an ambition to find creative solutions to meet the client’s requests so I know she will excel in this exciting and varied role.”
