With National Customer Service Week taking place between Oct 4th – 8th, Locale encourages celebration for the unsung heroes of businesses who provided balance for customers during one of the most tumultuous times in modern human history.

During a time that swept uncertainty over every aspect of our daily lives, customer service workers across the UK stepped up to support the people. Frustration and chaos bubbled beneath every industry surface, yet with the cheerful attitude and productive experience of customer service teams, people understood their wellbeing was a priority and their frustrations understood.

At Locale, the client services team is our frontline workers. They own our client relationships by understanding their challenges, supporting them with the right tools and guidance, and listening and learning from their experience.

A customer satisfaction survey conducted by Locale in December 2020 revealed 100% of respondents agreed that the Locale client service team helped them a great deal or a lot, while a 100% say Locale is very or extremely positive. Furthermore, the results of the Locale customer satisfaction survey revealed 100% of respondents say Locale is very or extremely useful, and 100% would recommend Locale to a friend.

The results of the survey are a testament to the client-focused nature of Locale, and reinforce the importance we put on nurturing customer service skills, regardless of team location or background.
