Locale is delighted to announce that it has made the shortlist for the prestigious Employer Award at the 2021 Negotiator Awards after an unprecedented and challenging 18 months.
Established in 2008, The Negotiator Awards is one of the UK’s leading award programmes for estate and letting agents and the residential property industry. The 2021 judging panel consisted of over 20 individuals, all leaders, and experts with the reputation of being among the highest achievers in the residential property industry.
The Employer Award, a category that includes former gold, silver, and bronze winners such as Encore Estate Management, Rendall & Rittner, & Countrywide Residential Lettings, searches for organisations that offer real opportunities, training, support, recognition; fair remuneration, and benefits.
Locale is delighted to have been recognised alongside residential industry heavyweights such as JLL Residential, Miles & Barr Group, and Belvoir Aberdeen for this award. Whilst the COVID-19 pandemic has shaken the core of businesses over the UK, Locale has been able to transition seamlessly from the office to the home environment due to an already established flexible work model.
