Locale is delighted to welcome Lisa Norris to the Locale team, she will be joining the newly created Customer Success division of the Customer Experience department
Lisa joins Locale with an exceptional customer service background within the SaaS sector, working closely with partners to develop and implement robust and pragmatic solutions that encourage continuous improvement to the customer experience.
Customer Success will support our customers in maximising their understanding of the Locale Group offering, and its potential for their buildings and occupiers. The team will be crucial in ensuring all services are futureproofed and remain agile to customer needs and goals.
