2022-23 roadmap: our journey of discovery and delivery continues

We are excited to launch our latest product roadmap which gives an insight into how we’re supporting our clients through this journey. Our mission at Locale is to evolve customer experience in real estate by seamlessly connecting people with spaces they share, in turn making real estate operations effortless, transparent, and people-centric. We continue to deliver technology that unlocks the ability to:-

Over the last year we’ve empowered clients to work smarter through portfolio-wide building performance dashboards, get closer to their occupiers with direct feedback and voting, streamline the occupier journey through access control integrations in partnership with Doordeck, and much more. We continue to deliver today with major upgrades to the visitor experience, opening up amenity bookings to our mobile app, unlocking new revenue streams through amenity payments, and providing the best occupier onboarding journey yet.

The product journey is one of discovery and delivery. We collaborate with our clients and end users to ensure we’re building the right thing, before engineering it to ensure we’re building it the right way.

Over 17 years, we have honed in our process to deliver proven digital solutions to well over 80 m sq ft of UK real estate.
