5 Fleet Place creates communities with Locale

Locale, the UK’s leading occupier experience platform, and 5 Fleet Place in London have been collaborating since 2023 to foster a more vibrant community.

Deployed to also streamline everyday operations, Locale has built a custom suite of modules to help the 5 Fleet Place team save hours of admin time. This includes:

  • Amenity bookings to organise its parking spaces
  • Visitor management system to improve the visitor experience
  • Document and building information to order important manuals
  • Form so occupiers could request an access pass
  • Key management to track and manage all keys
  • Announcements to send reminders of bookings, overdue keys and any other important building information

To this day, announcements are sent daily, covering competitions to win prizes, reminding occupiers of work perks, notifying them of upcoming entertainment (such as Halloween and Christmas parties or Remembrance tributes). With a reliable channel of communication, the team at 5 Fleet Place has built bridges with local businesses by encouraging its occupiers to attend pop-up markets and any community engagement events that happen throughout the year.
