Blackfriars Circus marks six-year collaboration with Locale
Locale, the UK’s leading occupier experience platform, is proud to mark six years of working with Blackfriars Circus in London. Through continual testing and feedback, Locale has evolved its platform to meet the needs of the Blackfriars Circus team and all residents. This now includes:
- Parcel management to organise and order daily deliveries
- Key management to more accurately track several different keys
- Visitor management system makes signing in and out guests seamless so the team know who is in the building in case of an emergency
- Amenity bookings to maximise the function room for parties, gatherings, events and more
- Document and building information storage for an accessible way for residents to understand how to recycle, find home user guides and stay up to date on building processes
- Data and analytics for increased visibility on the building’s performance
- Announcements for informing residents on their parcel deliveries, any overdue keys and upcoming activities to encourage tenant engagement
Felix Densu, Development Manager at Blackfriars Circus, commented: “Without Locale, it would have been difficult for us to know who was booking our function room and manage those bookings. Locale is a very safe and secure platform which gives the owners confidence in the building team. Plus, the residents find it very practical, useful and efficient because it helps them with their daily lives.”
Rob Maxwell, Director of Strategy & Growth at Locale, said: “It has been a pleasure to work with the Blackfriars Circus team for so many years, and to have received great feedback and ideas for how to evolve and meet the needs of the team and residents. We are dedicated to providing the best resident experience possible, so we can’t wait for what the future holds at Blackfriars Circus.”
