FirstPort transforms resident experiences with Locale at EcoWorld London’s Verdo development in Chiswick
FirstPort, the UK's leading residential property management service provider, has appointed Locale, UK’s leading occupier experience platform, to introduce its platform and app – at Verdo – a flourishing new residential neighbourhood by Kew Bridge Station.
FirstPort and developer, EcoWorld London, wanted to provide the new residents of Verdo Kew Bridge with a centralised communication service where all building and apartment relevant information could be held and accessed easily and efficiently.
Due to the vast array of amenities spaces provided by EcoWorld London at Verdo Kew Bridge there also needed to be a quick and simple way for residents to check availability and book directly to ensure all could take in, the full benefit of what the development had to offer.
Key processes such as Parcel and Key management were also required to ensure the residents experienced the highest levels of services provided FirstPort Management whilst also providing the upmost in security and transparency.
