An accomplished leader, technologist and industry innovator, Daniel recognised that real estate technology needed to be agile and adapt to changing industry complexities. Having led the product development now for over ten years, he has spearheaded the company’s shift to Software-as-a-Service (Saas), cementing Locale as the most adaptable property management platform on the market, implemented faster than any competitor, whose services and people impact on and reverberate across the industry.

Having consulted on high-profile, large-scale real estate technology projects, including The Shard, East Village, King's Cross, and portfolio-wide digitisation projects for the likes of MAPP, Savills, BNP Paribas, Berkeley Homes, and FirstPort, Dan has helped deploy Locale’s software across 80 m sq ft of UK real estate, covering residential and commercial property – something no other UK-based PropTech business has achieved.

Dan has propelled numerous industry-changing innovations, including end-to-end digital management of operational processes across web and mobile apps. In 2022, the platform sent 70m+ notifications to its hundreds of thousands of users, saving property managers countless hours and enhancing customer experience. As a result of Dan’s forward vision, the industry has been able to digitise and modernise its outdated systems and keep pace with the changing world.
