Locale continues long-term partnership with 1 Nine Elms

Locale, the UK’s leading occupier experience platform, is continuing its long-term partnership with 1 Nine Elms which began in 2018.

Locale’s best-in-class occupier experience platform will remain as a central place for the occupiers and staff to manage all important information. The Nine Elms area offers riverside dining and bars, pop-up food markets, a wide promenade along the River Thames, and a range of modern developments and apartment buildings.

On the Locale platform, frequent announcements can be made for 1 Nine Elms staff to communicate with each other as well as updating occupiers on latest building activity. Occupiers can book facilities, meeting rooms, screening rooms and even a dining room if they wish to host certain events or gatherings.

To optimise operations, building teams can manage deliveries with greater efficiency which helps occupiers get the packages they have ordered without having to wait for them to be processed manually. Locale’s key management will give greater transparency of who is entering buildings, and therefore increasing security and access control. Lastly, all users can access important documentation, including fire risk assessments or home user guides around appliances, internet and utilities.
