Locale, the UK’s leading occupier experience platform, has now been deployed to enhance occupier experience and optimise building operations in six Oval Real Estate buildings across the West Midlands, the West Country, London and the South East, including:
- 1 Colmore Square, Birmingham
- Digbeth, Birmingham
- The Fairfax, Bristol
- 3 Dorset Rise, London
- Ealing Cross, London
- R+, Reading
1 Colmore Square
By working with Oval Real Estate and specialist property managing agent, Ashdown Philips, the Locale platform will provide a central point for all users to access relevant building information. To improve occupier engagement, the building teams utilise many Locale modules including Groups. This module is designed to create connected communities where occupiers can receive regular updates via real-time notifications, from where to join a cycling group to attending the next book club.
With Locale, each of these Oval Real Estate buildings has optimised its operational managements. By successfully adopting this technology, it has reduced the number of manual hours required to process deliveries so front-of-house teams can focus on enhanced occupier service. By having a centralised platform, information is more readily available so building maintenance issues and helpdesk enquiries can be resolved with greater speed and agility.
Rob Maxwell, Director of Strategy & Growth, commented: “We are pleased to be working with Oval Real Estate across its portfolio and make positive, innovative changes. We have collaborated closely with the Oval Real Estate team to understand its business strategy and overall vision, which has been the success behind our partnership; we can empower its portfolio of buildings across the UK to streamline operational efficiencies and ultimately foster vibrant, connected communities in these thriving cities. We look forward to continuing this important work into the future.”
