The Locale service will provide a central point for all users to access relevant building information along with additional services such as visitor, parcel, key and helpdesk management. There will be the ability to book out amenities spaces from meeting rooms to Loading bays. The digital permits and forms will be used daily buy the occupiers and building management teams to provide, again, a central place to register and record essential data in a quick and efficient process. Key to the operational efficiency of a building such as The Northcliffe is to provide up-to-the-minute and relevant notifications of all building matters directly to occupiers via the Locale-powered mobile app and announcements module.
In addition to the platform supporting the operational management of the building, Locale’s occupier engagement offering will bring the community of The Northcliffe together. Sourced offers and promotions from hyperlocal retailers and services, a social event calendar, community forums and interest groups, where occupiers can directly link in with each other, will be incorporated.
