The iconic Eighty Strand deploys Locale’s platform and app

Eighty Strand, the transformed London icon in Covent Garden, comprising 120,000 sq ft of flexible floorspace has rolled out Locale’s award-winning platform and app to deliver best-in-class, people-centric real estate operations and occupier engagement – seamlessly connecting people with the spaces they share. 

Locale was chosen in a bid to implement a single digital solution to assist with building communication whilst also providing the essential tools such as state-of-the-art visitor management, amenity bookings, document storage, and Offer & Promotions amongst others. 

To celebrate launch of the branded platform and app, the team at Eighty Strand partnered with the Locale team. Attended by over 300 people, occupiers were given brief demonstrations of the portal and app together with practical tips and guides to take away to get the most from the new digital solutions being implemented across the building.
A mulled wine cart, complete with over 300 mince pies kickstarted the launch and the Christmas festivities.

Driven by data and insights through occupier surveys and polls, Locale curates events and offers and promotions designed to attract, retain and captivate a building community.
