With a beautifully refurbished swimming pool now available, the Royal Earlswood Park team needed a way to allow residents to make the most out of this new amenity in a simple, seamless way.

Locale crafted a tailored platform which includes:

  • Amenity bookings module to enable residents to see the availability of the pool and reserve a date and time that suited them best.
  • The announcements module meant regular reminders could be set up ahead of a booking time to help residents organise their time efficiently.
  • The document and building information module contained details on disclaimers for the leisure facilities
  • The Data and analytics module enables the team see real-time insights regarding the number of bookings, announcements and document downloads all in one place.
