Locale implemented within the new Millbrook Park Plaza

Locale, the UK’s leading occupier experience platform, has been deployed at Millbrook Park Plaza in Mill Hill East, North London, to create a thriving, sustainable community.

Locale’s cutting-edge occupier experience platform will help bring residents together and utilise community facilities. These include a new primary school, a consortium of restaurants, and almost six hectares of parks.

The Millbrook Park Plaza team will utilise Locale’s platform to give all users one central point of access to building information and community activities. The team can now make regular announcements to occupiers, from fire alarm tests to local stores and offers. Millbrook Park Plaza’s cinema, bike rooms and facilities can be reserved with easy-to-make bookings via the Locale platform or app. Plus, the building management team can arrange the schedule of any maintenance work.

To help with operational efficiency, Locale’s key management will give greater transparency of who is entering buildings, and therefore increasing security and access control. Deliveries will also become quicker to handle and post rooms easier to organise, alongside helping occupiers receive their packages. Additionally, Millbrook Park Plaza use Locale’s bespoke content streaming service to communicate better with its occupiers and create a more connected community.
