Locale makes double appointment to strengthen Strategy & Growth team

Locale, the UK’s leading occupier experience platform, has appointed Julia Hearnden as Engagement Consultant and Cyril Kepomey as Success Consultant in its Strategy & Growth team. As part of Locale’s continuous evolution to better address client requirements, Locale has focused on ensuring the platform offers greater agility to finesse the onboarding process.

Julia and Cyril will work in tandem across Locale’s ever-growing network of clients, ensuring Locale is continuously being tailored and maximised according to the changing nature of building and client requirements.

A specialist in customer service and account management, Cyril will pre-empt any user experience challenges and deliver regular training to provide and build a solid foundation of knowledge so that the Locale platform can be seamlessly integrated within everyday operations.

As Engagement Consultant, Julia’s role will centre on customer satisfaction and increasing occupier engagement. In Partnership with Cyril, she aids building management teams in gaining an informed view of occupier needs and activities. Previously a wedding and special events planner, Julia will organise in-building events to foster vibrant and connected communities which enables asset owners and operators to reimagine how their spaces are used.
