Locale makes PropTech50 ranking fourth time in a row
Locale, the UK’s leading occupier experience platform, is proud to have been placed in BusinessCloud’s PropTech 50 ranking for the fourth time in a row for being an innovative technology firm in the property sector.
The annual ranking, in which Locale first ranked in 2021, celebrates the UK’s most innovative startups, scaleups and established firms creating technology for real estate, construction, the built environment and building management.
This year, a combination of reader votes and expert judge selections - including leaders at the UK PropTech Association & British Property Federation - decided the final ranking from 127 shortlisted firms. The judges included:

- Maria Wiedner, CEO, Real Estate Women
