Rob Maxwell promoted to Director of Strategy & Growth at Locale

Locale, the UK’s leading occupier experience platform, has promoted Rob Maxwell to Director of Strategy & Growth.

Previously Business Development Director, Rob has flourished at Locale since joining the business in 2018 as Account Manager. Overseeing some of the most innovative digital transformations for the likes of MAPP and Oval Real Estate, he has also been responsible for connecting in excess of 150 schemes within commercial and residential real estate with Locale’s digital solutions including iconic sites such as 80 Strand in London, Royal Albert Docks, Manchester’s City Tower, and Marble Arch Place.

Instrumental in the recent restructuring and repositioning of the business, Rob will oversee and further develop the entire Locale customer journey supporting asset owners and operators to reimagine how their spaces are being used, assist senior leadership teams with change management from the ground up, and ensure that all initiatives place occupiers and residents at its centre. He will also focus on new business opportunities and expanding Locale’s brand presence.
