On the 14th February, love was in the air here at the Locale Office. While Valentine’s Day is celebrated in most countries, different cultures have developed their own traditions for this festival. In some parts of the world Valentine’s Day is observed as a day for expressing love between family members and friends, some traditions include leaving lollies and gifts for children. Others include acts of appreciation between friends or in our case, our work colleagues.
Love is in the air, once again, here in the office! Hannah, one of our Project Managers, returned from the festive break with the fabulous news that she and her boyfriend, Jack, had got engaged!
The pair had been away to Venice together over New Years, and he proposed on their first day in the city. While they don’t have a specific date set yet, they hope to tie the knot in 2019.
In honour of World FM Day taking place around the globe, Locale decided to throw a little party to celebrate.
Our marketing and communications executive, Rachel, and office manager, Toni, organised the day with some banners, posters, fun facts, a word search and most importantly…cake!
On offer in our weekly meeting was a selection of indulgent bites, from chocolate eclairs to cupcakes, we had it.
Recently Locale’s Founder and Managing Director, Guy Windsor-Lewis, spoke to PFM Magazine about the benefits of sourcing a comprehensive communication technology solution.
